Romain Le Quiniou is the Managing Director of Euro Créative, a Paris-based think tank he has led since 2019. He oversees the organisation’s direction and leads its outreach and advocacy efforts across Europe with the aim of strengthening strategic relations between France and Central and Eastern European countries.
