At Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, he is responsible for providing financing for companies in the Polish defense sector.

He has experience in both the financial and industrial sectors. Previously, he held management positions in manufacturing and trading companies, where he was responsible for finance, production, and the restructuring of one entity. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in corporate governance, consulting in the energy sector, as well as in financial modeling and valuations. He also worked at a brokerage house as an investment advisor, a member of investment committees, and participated in fundraising processes as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Warsaw. He holds licenses as a securities broker and investment advisor.
