Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Andrzej Fałkowski, PhD

Over 40 years of military service, incl. 14 years abroad in NATO and the USA. He began his service in the Navy and then held many positions incl. Deputy Director of the Economic Department of the Ministry of National Defence (1996-1998), Counsellor at the Polish Permanent Delegation to NATO in Brussels (1998-2003). In the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, he served as the deputy head of the General Directorate for Strategic Planning P-5 (2003-2006). He was also the director of the Budget Department of the MoD (2003-2008). In the NATO again as Deputy Director of the NATO International Military Staff for Logistics and Resources in Brussels (2008-2011). He also served as the Defence, Military, Naval and Air Attaché in the US in Washington D.C. (2011-2013), then Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces (2013-2014), and as the Polish Military Representative to the NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels (2014-2018).
