Maj Gen Cezary Wiśniewski is Deputy Commander General of the Polish Armed Forces. Maj. Gen. Cezary Wiśniewski joined the Polish Air Force in 1987, commencing his studies at the Wyższa Oficerska Szkoła Lotnicza in Dęblin.
He obtained the 3rd class of military pilot on 14 January 1991 at the 58th Airborne Training Regiment
in Dęblin. During the 4th year of his studies, he began flying MiG-21UM/MF combat aircraft. He received his first officer rank in 1991 after graduating from WOSL.
