He began his military service in 1995 as a cadet at the General Józef Bem Military Academy of Artillery in Toruń, from which he graduated with honors in 1999. During his professional military service, he held a number of different command and staff positions both at home and abroad.
Col. Dr. Reczkowski also holds a master's degree from the Academy of Bydgoszcz (2004) and a doctoral degree from Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (2011). He has also completed a number of specialized and continuing education courses (national and foreign).
His research interests mainly revolve around issues related to contemporary armed conflicts, national and international security, modern dual-use technologies, and issues related to geopolitics and geostrategy both historically and in contemporary terms. He is the author or co-author of more than a dozen scientific monographs and dozens of scientific articles.
