Building the Polish Armed Forces’ resources: recruitment, retention, reserves

The panel will focus on the need to build universal defence, including the recruitment, retention and creation of the reserves of the Polish Army. The discussion will cover how to recruit and retain soldiers in service and how to strengthen the potential of appropriately trained and prepared reserves necessary for the effective defence of the country, taking into account the needs of the Polish Armed Forces and demographic, economic and social factors.
