He has successfully led complex organizations through transformative change, with a strong focus on resilience, governance, and the integration of security into long-term infrastructure planning.

Previously, he served as the CEO of Prague Airport, where he oversaw one of the most critical transportation hubs in Central Europe. He is currently the CEO of URC Systems, a defense company specializing in battle-proven electromagnetic warfare solutions, supporting NATO members and contributing to the protection of both civilian and strategic assets.
