A graduate of the University of Warsaw and MIP Politecnico di Milano in Italy.

An experienced manager, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with over 15 years of professional practice in the energy, public, and defense sectors. He has extensive expertise in managing large organizations, implementing transformation projects, and developing innovative cross-sector initiatives.

He previously worked as a strategic advisor at KPMG and served as a member of several supervisory boards in the industrial sector. He was also a board member of key employer organizations and chambers of commerce in the Central and Eastern European region.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of URC Systems Polska, where he is responsible for developing the company’s operations in the Polish market and maintaining cooperation with key government institutions and industrial partners. His work focuses on the implementation of innovative solutions in electronic warfare (EW) and infrastructure security. He is actively involved in projects that strengthen national resilience in an increasingly dynamic security environment.
