Tomas Lukoševičius works as an Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania and is responsible energy issues in the Environment and Infrastructure Group.
Before that he used to work in the Ministry of Energy for 10 years as a Head of Division and in other positions and was responsible for international cooperation, EU affairs, energy strategy and strategic planning. From 2006 till 2009 T. Lukoševičius worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Economic Security Policy Department.
T. Lukoševičius graduated Vilnius University and holds Master Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
