As MBDA's in-country Technical Executive, Tim Mitchell-Bennett provides strategic technical oversight for all MBDA Business Development and related engineering activities for the Polish market. Based in MBDA's Warsaw office since early 2022, he specialises in Ground Based Air Defence, Counter-UAS, and Surface Attack capabilities.
With over two decades of defence experience spanning multiple international markets, he has developed deep expertise across the full spectrum of defence technology - from cutting-edge research to high-level military-technical capability development.
His career encompasses the entire defence lifecycle, and combines technical leadership with cross-cultural collaboration skills, having led teams of 100+ engineers in international systems development and worked with multi-billion-pound programme portfolios throughout his career at multiple defence industry prime contractors.
