In his role, Scott is responsible for overseeing strategy leadership, sales capture management, revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships and satisfaction across the region. Appointed to this position in February 2024, he brings a wealth of expertise in process optimization, program management, and business development.

Scott has 27 years of experience in the aerospace industry, having started his career in 1997 with Smiths Aerospace, which was later acquired by legacy GE in 2007. Over the years, he has held several leadership roles, including Performance Based logistics (PBL) Delivery Director for the Avionics Business, European Avionics Sales Director, BAE Systems Account Director, Engines Sales Director for SAAB Aeronautics and Leader of the European Customer Account Management Organization.

Scott is a Six Sigma Black Belt, with deep expertise in process optimization and program management. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK.
