Radosław Nożykowski is a Counsel in the IP Tech/Compliance, who leads defense practice at Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office. He has over 15 years of professional experience working for clients from high-tech sectors. He is recommended by Chambers Europe and Legal 500 in the area of Technology, Media and Telecommunication.

Radosław is experienced in compliance, regulatory, information technology and cybersecurity (including DORA and NIS). He has participated in transactions conducted by the leading technology companies and has advised defense clients in regulatory and compliance matters. Radosław advised major international clients from a defense sector in various aspects of contracting, obtaining licensing to start production in Poland, export of the military grade equipment within and outside the EU. He also advised in a number of data breaches and cybersecurity criminal matters. Radosław is a member and founder of the New Technology Law Association.
