An experienced manager and expert with over 20 years of professional experience across various sectors, including banking, corporate finance, the defense industry, energy, and public administration.
Between 2019 and 2025, he worked at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) as a manager and expert in finance and project management. He was a member of numerous project teams and, acting as a representative of management boards and consortia, participated in negotiating and structuring commercial terms for PGZ Group’s largest and most strategically important defense and security contracts. These included programs such as NAREW, PILICA+, and the delivery of ammunition, drones, radars, and naval vessels. He also negotiated and concluded technology and knowledge transfer agreements (ToT, ToK) with international partners. His responsibilities covered project oversight, including cost analysis, budgeting, financial flow monitoring, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as securing financing in cooperation with banks and financial institutions.
Previously, from 2016 to 2019, he worked at PGNiG as a credit risk analyst. Between 2007 and 2016, he held positions at Bank Ochrony Środowiska and Bank Millennium, working as a risk analyst, credit analyst, and senior specialist. From 2005 to 2007, he served as a specialist at the Permits and Concessions Department of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance from the College of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also earned a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Privately, he is passionate about mountain hiking, sailing, off-road sports, and modern technologies.
