Lt. Gen. (ret) Leonard Kosinski is the Chief Strategy Officer for ASI, a Boston based software company with offices in Washington DC, Denver, and Gdansk, Poland that builds AI-driven software platforms to power critical decision-making in the most demanding domains, from air traffic management to military logistics.
Prior to ASI, Lt. Gen. Kosinski served for 31 years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force and completed his pinnacle assignment as Director for Logistics at the Department of Defense's Joint Staff, where he was responsible for integrating logistics planning and execution in support of global operations for the U.S. Department of Defense. Lt. Gen. Kosinski is also a senior Fellow at National Defense University, where he mentors senior leaders on contested logistics, supply chain, Defense Industrial Base, and multinational operations.
Lt. Gen. Kosinski holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Business Administration focusing on International Corporate Strategy, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He lives in Boston with his wife, and enjoys spending time with his three children.
