A graduate of the Air Force Officers School in Deblin and the Podlaska Academy in Siedlce; at the same academy he received his doctorate in the discipline of history.

Head of the Department of General Studies at the Air Force University in Deblin. Author of numerous monographs and articles. Member of the editorial board of the UwS Institute of History journal “Tempus”, Member of the PTH Siedlce Branch and of the Inter-University Social History Research Team at the UwS Institute of History.
