Jarosław Krupski – born in Świdnik, married, has two sons. For over 30 years associated with PZL-Świdnik S.A., where since 2008 he has held a number of managerial positions in the area of business and customer service. In July 2021, appointed Director responsible for Customer Support and Training PZL-Świdnik S.A.

He is a graduate of the Polish-American MBA Program organized by the Lublin University of Technology and the University of Minnesota. He completed master's studies at the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź.
His entire professional life has been associated with aviation. Safety, respect and transparency are fundamental principles of running a business in Aviation for him.

He is passionate about sports, he likes to spend his free time outside the city.
