Military pilot, General of the Polish Army, professor at the University of Siedlce, social advisor to the Minister of National Defence. Born in Sanok in 1964, he graduated from the Higher Aviation Officers School and the National Defence Academy in the field of air forces. He defended his doctorate at the National Defence Academy in 1998. In 2013, he obtained the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. For three terms, he served as Commander and Rector of the Air Force Officers School in Dęblin. He also completed postgraduate studies in aviation management. He has also shared his extensive knowledge and vast experience as an expert in development and investment projects for both the aviation and space sectors. He is currently a professor at the University of Siedlce, employed at the Institute of Security Sciences. Due to his educational background, his main area of interest is the Polish Air Force. For more than 20 years he has been involved in the practical subject of security management in civilian and military aspects. His extensive experience and knowledge gained from many years of service in military structures translates into the ability to effectively manage crises in security and public order institutions.
