Vice President of Europe and NATO, Requirements and Capabilities, Raytheon

Douglas Stevenson serves as Vice President of Europe and NATO, Requirements and Capabilities, for Raytheon, an RTX business. In this role, he is the lead executive for Raytheon responsible for business development and growth across all mission areas for the company with a team of professionals who manage customer engagements and relationships with senior government and military leaders across the region, including U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and NATO Headquarters and its agencies. His team focuses every day on understanding and shaping customer requirements and delivering solutions to the pressing defense and security needs they face. His most recent role prior to this assignment was Director, Strategic International Captures, where he successfully led multiple large scale competitive international captures for Raytheon, including the campaign for Swiss Bodluv, which spanned four years and culminated in a strategic win of over $1.3 billion that further extended the Patriot Air & Missile Defense franchise to its 18th partner nation. Previous captures he either led or supported include those for Germany, Poland, Finland, Canada, Spain and Morocco. He joined Raytheon in 2006 and has held a number of business development roles with increasing responsibilities, including Business Development & Strategy lead for Europe & NATO, and he is a recipient of Raytheon’s Business Development Excellence Award, and is also certified under Raytheon’s Capture Management and Program Management training programs. He received his bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
