Dionizy is a PwC partner responsible for advisory projects implemented for public administration in Poland. Currently, he also leads the advisory practice for the defence sector at PwC Poland. Dionizy has extensive experience in management consulting concerning public sector and public policies. He specializes in organizational improvements, optimization of organizational structures, management by objectives as well as in developing strategies and development programs and activities related to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development. He has been advising public administration on modernization processes for over 18 years. Previously, he served as deputy department director at the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Regional Development. He is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration.
