Chang Jae Lee is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Head of the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) Central Europe Office in Warsaw, Poland. He has extensive experience in international business development, technical proposals, and contract negotiations in the aerospace industry.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Mechanical Engineering from Korea Aerospace University in 1999 and later obtained a Master's degree in the same field from Gyeongsang National University in 2007.

Since joining KAI in 2002, Chang Jae Lee has held various key positions, including roles in export strategy, regional marketing, and technical support.
