Manager, Poland Sales & Business Development L3 Harris

Arkadiusz (Arek) Szalpuk is the Manager of Sales & Business Development for Poland reporting to the Regional Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe of L3Harris Communications. He has been with L3Harris since 2014, supporting the Polish Armed Forces with advanced communication and mission-critical technology solutions.

Arek is responsibile for the Communication Systems portfolio including: Tactical Radios, Brodband Communication Systems (ROVER), Tactical Data Links & LINK-16, SATCOM and Integrated Vision Systems (Night Vision and Aiming Lasers).

He is a veteran of the Polish Armed Forces, having served for 20 years, including over 12 years in the Poland’s elite special operations unit.
Throughout his career - both in uniform and in industry - Arek has remained deeply committed to the field of communications systems, leveraging his knowledge to bridge operational needs with cutting-edge technology.

During his military career, Arek held roles primarily focused on planning, implementing, and operating communication systems, serving in the J6 functions & departments. His responsibilities included ensuring secure and effective communications in high-stakes operational environments, both domestically and abroad. He graduated from the Military University of Communications in Zegrze and earned a master’s degree from the Warsaw University of Technology, combining technical expertise with hands-on experience in tactical and strategic communications.
