Graduated from Wyższa Oficerska Szkoła Lotnicza in Dęblin, Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in business management at the Technical University of Łódź. He has been involved in aviation for many years. Co-author of the ‘Concept of Air Traffic Management in Polish Airspace’, reflected in the current air traffic management system.
He has extensive experience in organisational and investment management, which he gained during his work in key Polish aviation organisations, among others at
Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe ‘Porty Lotnicze’. During his time at the Management Board of Lublin Airport S.A., the airport became an important logistical hub, supporting
the delivery of essential aid to conflict regions.
Andrzej Hawryluk is a member of the Council of the Centre for the Training of Civil Aviation Personnel of Central and Eastern Europe at the Silesian University of Technology. He joined RARS in 2024, taking up the position of Director of the Operations Office.
