For over 15 years, he has been involved with tools "around the screw," specializing in the design and production of dedicated tool sets. Throughout his career, he has participated in designing mobile tool kits for the ongoing maintenance of JELCZ vehicles, KTO ROSOMAK armored vehicles, and C-130 HERCULES aircraft. He is the co-author of the design and the originator of the equipment complementation for the mobile container workshops UKWO-N and ZNMP KOSODRZEWINA.

For the past 10 years, he has served as the President of the Management Board at ARPOL Narzędzia Profesjonalne, a company with a 30-year history. He has consistently built a team of specialists, for whom reliability, quality, and effectiveness are the foundation of their operations. He believes that people—their competencies and commitment—are the key competitive advantage of any organization. As a leader, his role is to create an environment in which these values can flourish.
